Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of terms

Sijilak is a CRM and order management platform. By creating an account or using the service you agree to these terms. If you use Sijilak on behalf of a business, you confirm you are authorized to bind that business.

2. The service

Sijilak provides order management, inventory, customer conversations, tickets, and reporting tools for commerce brands, delivered as an online subscription service.

3. Accounts and responsibility

Each brand owns its account and is responsible for keeping login credentials safe and for the actions of team members it creates. Notify us immediately at hello@sijilak.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

4. Subscriptions and payment

Paid plans are billed per brand. New brands get a 14-day free trial with no payment details required. Prices may change with at least 30 days' notice before your next billing cycle.

5. Refunds

If Sijilak isn't right for you, contact us at hello@sijilak.com within 14 days of your first payment for a full refund — no questions asked. This applies to the first payment on a brand's first paid subscription only.

Renewal payments are not refunded, but you can cancel any time before the renewal date and keep access until the end of the period you paid for. If a billing error charges you incorrectly, we refund the difference regardless of timing.

When payment is collected through a payment provider (such as Lemon Squeezy), the refund is issued through the same provider and may take a few business days to appear, depending on your bank.

6. Acceptable use

You may not use Sijilak for unlawful activity, to send spam or unsolicited messages, or in violation of the policies of connected channels (including Meta's WhatsApp, Messenger and Instagram policies and Telegram's terms). We may suspend accounts that put the platform or other brands at risk.

The service may not be used for competitive analysis, benchmarking, or to build, improve, or inform a competing product or service. Accessing the service to copy its features, designs, flows, or documentation for a competing offering is prohibited, and we may suspend or terminate accounts we reasonably believe are doing so.

7. Your data

Your business data belongs to you. We process it only to provide the service, as described in our Privacy Policy. You can request a full export or deletion of your data at any time.

8. Availability and liability

We work to keep Sijilak available and reliable, but the service is provided "as is" without warranties. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the subscription fees you paid in the three months before the claim.

9. Termination

You can cancel your subscription at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. After termination you may request an export of your data within 30 days, after which it may be permanently deleted.

10. Changes and contact
